Here's your free SEO Audit for Restore Wellness. I discovered some site issues, and some areas of opportunity for growth. I'll take you through these one by one.
Issue #1: Improve your mobile website performance​

The desktop version of your website scored well, but the mobile version has a poor perfomance score. Up to 70% of your traffic can come from mobile searches, so it's important this runs as efficiently as possible. There's a great opportunity to improve the performance of your mobile website to increase organic search results. You can check out the full report here:
Issue #2: Reduce duplicate content across your website

There are some pages on your website that have a high amount of duplicated content. Anything more than 20% should be improved. Google could potentially punish these pages, as it really values websites having engaging and unique content across all their pages. There is a good opportunity to write some more unique content for these pages
Issue #3: your website has a highly toxic backlink profile​

This one really concerns me... I've had a look at your backlink profile and it's currently highly toxic. It seems like someone has possibly attempted to do some SEO in the past? I've had a look at a number of these toxic links and I would consider them harmful to your website's performance.
These are not links I would ever seek out for my clients or personal websites. We should really clean this up by telling Google to disavow or ignore these backlinks, to get back within a safe margin of 3-9%
Your overall Domain Authority score is 9 which is too low for the number of backlinks you have. In the past, "black-hat" tactics to increase domain authority would work, but that's no longer the case.
Google has become much more sophisticated at analysing backlinks. It's important to get high quality and industry relevant links to improve your Domain Authority. This would be a big focus of our SEO campaign.
Goal #1: Improve upon existing keywords

These keywords are considered "low hanging fruit" because you're already ranking well for them. With some small adjustments we can see significant results for these keywords.
One of the main goals of an SEO campaign would be to focus on these first. If we can move a keyword from position #13 to position #9 it will start ranking on the first page, resulting in a significant increase in clicks.
Goal #2: Create content to target keyword clusters

Creating new pages is crucial for a successful SEO campaign. It allows you to rank for more keywords, and to create powerful assets that support your main service pages.
Keywords you're currently ranking in position 51-100 present a "clustering" opportunity. There is a great opportunity to create an informational blog post to target "reflexology labour induction".
We can create a high-quality blog post that matches the "Informational" intent of the search query. This blog could generate hundreds of clicks each month.
We can then link this high-performing asset to the "Pregnancy and Labour Support" page on your website. On this page we can aim to target more "commercial" based keywords that bring in new patients.

Here's another opportunity to write an informational blog post for the keyword "acupuncture for labor". Again, if this blog post ranks well and generates traffic, we can link it to other pages on your website to give them a boost.​
Goal #3: Improve local SEO and target location-based keywords

For health clinics, local SEO is of vital importance. That means we really want to focus on "location based keywords". So anything with "St Leonards" in the keyword we should be extra interested in.
There's a lot of location based keywords you're not ranking on the first page for. These keywords have great commercial intent so it can be really profitable to target them.
We would recommend making some adjustments to the key service pages to help rank for these location based keywords. There's a number of ways we can add these keywords to your main service pages.
