Sydney Spine are currently ranking at the top of google with this URL: https://www.sydneyspine.com.au/chiropractor-double-bay. Let's see what they're doing right.

First off, you can see that their URL contains the exact keyword they want to rank for. This keyword is also present as their H1 heading and throughout the page.
If you want to rank for a particular keyword you should treat this as a bare minimum. For the best results you should place the keyword in the following places on your page, no exceptions:

In the H1 heading on the page
In the first paragraph on the page
